The wines are hand made in the new underground winery by a skilled winemaking team who pay particular attention to small parcels and the diversity of regional characteristics. Wines are matured in the highest quality French and American oak in an underground barrel room which remains at constant temperature year round.

	Regional Series Setting the benchmark, Hungerford Hill has selected the best varieties from the best regions to produce a range of wines that are set to be amongst the best wines in Australia and truly showcase the concept of Terroir: Hunter Valley Semillon, Tumbarumba Sauvignon Blanc, Clare Valley Riesling, Tumbarumba Chardonnay, Hunter Valley Shiraz, Orange Merlot, Tumbarumba Pinot Noir, Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon.
	Fishcage Series Fishcage is quirky in attitude and designed for fun times. It is approachable in style, and includes a range of easy drinking blends: Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Chardonnay Viognier, Cabernet Merlot, Shiraz Viognier.
