THE STYLE
Shiraz grapes grown in moderate to cool climates develop complex networks of flavour and offer complexity through seamlessly woven spicy tones. Their foundations of complex flavour are primed to unite through maturation in quality oak vessels.
THE WINE
Deep crimson with purple hues. An intriguing and complementary mix of intense blackcurrant, spicy pepper and dried herb aromas. The bright, rich, though elegant fruit profile of dense plum, blackberry and tamarillo are complimented with subtle French oak flavours and a long line of fine fruit tannin.
