THE STYLE
Cabernet Sauvignon as one of the World?s ?noble? varieties is trusted for its structural soundness and varietal flair. Merlot is recognised for its mid palate flesh. Together they have the ability to produce wines rich in ripe red fruits, complimented with varietal herbaceous aromas and a palate structure to support fruit generosity and promote longevity in bottle.
THE WINE
Medium brick red. Aromas of blackberry, rhubarb and tomato bush. A moderate flavour weight of fresh ripe cherry flavours is enhanced by a medium flavour length of soft fruit and oak tannin.
