• Still photographic cameras and mobile phone cameras are permitted at Starlight Cinema. Sound recording equipment and video or movie cameras and mobile phone video cameras are prohibited.
• Subject to a ticket holder’s rights under applicable laws where liability may not be excluded, restricted or modified, Hungerford Hill and High As A Keyte are not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of attendance at Hungerford Hill Starlight Cinema and disclaim the existence of any common law duty of care to any ticket holder.
• Admission is by proof of on line purchase, ticket or valid Hungerford Hill Starlight Cinema pass.
• The position of seating is at the discretion of Hungerford Hill Starlight Cinema management.
• All Hungerford Hill Starlight Cinema tickets and passes are valid for the 2006 season only.
